Shipping + Delivery

We ship using the good ole’ USPS Priority Rate service. If you need faster delivery or you would like to add insurance (not a bad idea!), please contact me before making a purchase so I can adjust the shipping costs.

For gifts/products that need to arrive by a specific date, we recommend emailing about upgraded shipping so we can use a service with a guaranteed arrival date.

It is our numero uno goal for our products to reach you in pristine condition and we package carefully, but we aren’t responsible for loss or damage once we hand your package over to the USPS/your shipping service of choice. If your package does happen to arrive damaged, please email us with a photo ASAP so we can fix the situation!

Refund Policy

No refunds will be offered after purchase has gone through or once initial nonrefundable payment has been received to reserve spot for custom work.

All sales are final. That said, don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or feedback. We want you to be happy!
